All UK orders are 1st class next day delivery and signed for. Excluding Icy Pendants, as they are made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production and shipping.

International shipping is £20.00 includes tracking, 1st class and signed for and insurance covered.

All orders are signed for. If you state that you haven't received your item but it has been signed for, ICEDIYA cannot be held accountable. We take all necessary steps to ensure your package reaches you securely. Kindly reach out to Royal Mail promptly to address this matter.
