All orders are carefully packed and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 1–2 working days for processing before your order is on its way. 🧊

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us on the day of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

We don’t offer returns or exchanges outside of your statutory rights. Any eligible returns must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
